Using Weather Data Forecasts and weather data are obtained through MaxSeas exclusive Chopper interface, which allows you to receive data via e-mail that you can overlay onto your charts. Choppers built-in compression algorithm is optimized for binary data GRIB formatmaking downloading over satellite phones and single side band SSB quicker. You can then select the region with your mouse, amount and type of forecast data, and click on the Get it by e-mail button at the top of the screen.
