I was able to install the client software that is required, but there is apparently also an ODBC.
Can anyone point me to where I would find this script? Or tell me the set of registry entries that would have to be made?

Installing the Openedge 10.1b ODBC driver in Windows 64bit
The backward compatibility of OpenEdge-based applications and deployments are some of the progress openedge 10.1b odbc factors in determining if obsolete features can be Deprecated or De-Supported.
